Apartment - 1st year

This brief entailed re-designing an existing apartment for the CEO of a company. We had the freedom to choose which type of client we were designing for and I chose to design a space for the CEO of an animation company, thus the space is very vibrant and playful.  The space required a living area with bed and bath facilities as well as a kitchen and boardroom.  The aim of the exercise was utilization of space and hand rendered 3D- and perspective drawings.
