About me ...

I am a young, enthusiastic person who has always been willing to learn more.  Since the age of 19 I have been gaining experience in various fields which has helped me grow.  I have focused my attention on Interior Design and have recently completed my Btech Degree at The Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

2004 - Assistant to Couture Designer, Charlene Sauermann; work as cashier at a convenience store;  work as hostess at The Conservatory Restaurant at The Table Bay Hotel.  

2005 - Study Hospitality Management at The Institute For Hospitality Training (IHT) and complete 1st year theory.

2006 – 2007 - Complete a 7 month practical at Diaz Beach Hotel and Resort, Mossel Bay and obtain  Certificate;  work as shop assistant at Jenni Button’s Boutique store: Philosophy;  thereafter return to IHT to work as Receptionist and Marketing Assistant. 

2008 - Commence Interior Design Course at CPUT

2010 - Complete 3rd year as well as a 1 month internship at RennieScurrAdendorff Architects, Cape Town

2011 - Obtain National Diploma in Interior Design and complete Btech Degree Interior Design

2012 - Present - Consultant at Hertex

Too happy to have been...

A seamstress, a cashier, a restaurant hostess, a hospitality management student, a waitress, a hotel receptionist, a housekeeper, a shop assistant, an educational facility receptionist, a marketing assistant and once again a student.  Watch this space!
